PaycheckPH is a free collection of salary, payroll and employee-pay calculators designed for workers in the Philippines. Our goal is simple: make common Philippine payroll calculations easier to understand.
Why PaycheckPH exists
Employees often know their basic salary but still need to understand take-home pay, statutory deductions, overtime, night differential, 13th-month pay, final pay and separation pay. PaycheckPH combines practical calculators with plain-language guides so users can estimate amounts and understand the concepts behind them.
Our approach
- Useful: tools built around real payroll questions.
- Understandable: explanations in plain language.
- Transparent: calculation assumptions and methodology are documented.
- Source-based: statutory information is checked against relevant Philippine government sources where practical.
- Maintained: calculators and guides are reviewed as rules change.
Independent educational resource
PaycheckPH is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, DOLE or another government agency. Calculator results are estimates and may differ from actual payroll because of individual circumstances, company policies, payroll periods, benefits, rounding and regulatory updates.
For important employment, tax or contribution decisions, verify information with your employer, a qualified professional or the relevant government agency.
Editorial responsibility
PaycheckPH is independently maintained as an educational payroll resource. We do not claim affiliation with any Philippine government agency, and we do not present calculator outputs as official payroll determinations.
Our editorial standard is to explain the rule being used, identify important assumptions, link to primary government material where practical, and clearly label estimates or situations where individual facts can change the result.
How we review updates
When a government agency publishes a new tax table, contribution schedule, labor advisory or similar rule change, we review both the calculator logic and the related guide. Pages show an update date so readers can see when the material was last reviewed. A page update date is not a guarantee that a later government issuance does not exist, so important decisions should always be checked against the latest official publication.
